A VLBI receiver capable of independent signal recording at a wavelength of 1.35 cm has been developed. The system noise temperature at the zenith is approximately 70 K. The local-oscillator signal is supplied by a hydrogen frequency standard with a stability better than approximately 10 to the -13th power. Spectra of the radio sources W49 and Orion A have been recorded at 15-kHz resolution.
