The 30 A/mm spectra of the object HD 192641 covering the spectral range 4200-7100 A are investigated from observations of the WC7+OB object. Absorption and emission lines in the interval are given, and HD 192641 is shown to have lines from the ions of nitrogen. Also apparent are significant O VI lines, double emission peaks for Hα, Hβ, Hγ, and He I 6678. The spectrum of the peculiar object is interpreted by means of a model of a line-emitting region contained in ringlike disk with an inhomogeneous temperature structure in the region of emission. The temperature of the stellar plasma is estimated at 10,000-1,000,000 K, and no forbidden lines are detected. The present data on HD 192641 provide a clear picture of the unusual emission scenario and gives clues as to the key stellar parameters behind them.
