This is the next report in a series of papers concerning the optical follow-up observations of the GB/GB2 QSO sample containing 81 blue stellar objects with B less than 21 mag. Thirty nine objects with B greater than 18.5 mag still remain QSO or BL Lac candidates. Optical broad-band B - V and V - R colors, obtained for 14 of them (and 3 other highly variable sources), either support their preliminary QSO identifications or suggest BL Lac objects. These colors show that the observed objects cannot be compact elliptical galaxies. The radio-to-optical luminosity ratio for these objects is derived.
