A study of the structure and kinematics of the extended emission line region (EELR) around 3C 352 with an imaging Fabry-Perot interferometer is presented. The EELR seen in the forbidden O II line extends over 12 arcsec and is aligned with the radio lobes. The continuum source is small without indication of such an alignment. In the near neighborhood there are several faint continuum objects which are possibly companions of 3C 352. One of them is associated with a large diffuse gas cloud, extending over an area of 100 kpc southwest of 3C 352. This cloud is blueshifted by about 500 km/s relative to the radio galaxy and has little variation in radial velocity. In addition to the companions, five probable cluster galaxies with strong forbidden O II 372.8 nm emission are detected in the field of 3C 352. The relative number of emission-line galaxies among the cluster galaxies up to R = 22.4 m is on the order of 40 percent.
