Spectroscopic observations of nine new planetary nebulae, first
identified by Terzan et al. (1978), are reported. Seven of them probably
belong to the galactic bulge. Diameter and radial velocities are
estimated, line intensities are given, and reddenings and electronic
densities are deduced.
