Studies of Spectral Energy Distributions (SED) of Active Galaxies are crucial for understanding the relation among the physical components in Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN). The connection between the optical/UV and the X-ray spectra is being debated because of the lack of measurements in the spectral band joining them and because of the paucity of simultaneous measurements in these bands, which is necessary to account for the intrinsic source variability. XMM-Newton offers the opportunity to study the simultaneous X-rays and optical/UV emission by using the EPIC and Optical Monitor (OM) data. We present results of the study of 143 simultaneous observations of 111 sources.
