In the low energetic limit the cross section for the radiative recombination of P(S) to high levels is computed. The distribution of populations of excited levels P(S) in l is found on the assumption that radiative processes are much faster than collisional ones. Radio recombinational lines of P(S) can be observed from sources in which an annihilation takes place at low temperatures (T less than 106 K).
