Three years of Granat/SIGMA observations have demonstrated that appearance of transient emission spectral features, probably associate with annihilation of electron-positron pairs, is not a unique phenomenon for Galactic compact hard X-ray sources. During 1990-1992, such features have been detected in the spectra of two black hole candidates (1E 1740.7-2942 and Nova Muscae 1991) and the Crab Nebula.
