We report on Spitzer/IRS spectroscopy of 7 giant HII regions in the Local Group galaxy M33. Mid-IR spectral scans of each HII region were obtained by stepping the slit over a 57" x 56" fov. Integrated spectra from 5-14 microns reveal PAH and ionic emission features, whose relative strengths correlate with the O/H metallicity of the HII region. The dust emission also trends with the metal abundance but with variations that may be due to geometric factors. Spatial relations among the ionic, molecular, and granular sources of emission in these UV-dominated HII/PDR regions will be discussed.
