We present proper motion measurments of the water masers associated with the OH/IR star OH 12.8-0.9, known to be a water-fountain source. The water masers exist in two arc-like emission regions separated by just over 100 mas on the sky and have expanded over time. The masers in each region extend over roughly 5 km/s of velocity space, with the blueshifted masers in the north and the redshifted masers in the south. The two regions are separated by approximately 50 km/s. The proper motions we measure are consistent with other members of this small class of unique sources.
