Geomagnetic effects of the equatorial electrojet are investigated on the basis of experimental measurements of the variations of the H component of the magnetic field using synchronously operating proton stations spaced in the submeridional direction on the territory of Vietnam. It is shown that an analysis of synchronous differences of these variations is an effective means to study the equatorial electrojet and its effects.
