A modeling system of oscillating charge under wave action is analyzed to reveal generation mechanisms of planetary magnetosphere radiosources and wave interaction mechanisms in the earth ionosphere and magnetosphere as well as the excitation of VLF waves in the near-earth space. It is shown that a continuous wave with spectral components considerably higher than the natural frequency of oscillator charge excites charge oscillations with quasi-natural frequency.
