We have observed galaxies in the Perseus cluster by the method of interplanetary scintillation at 102 MHz with the Large Phased Array of the Physics Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences. We detected compact (scintillating) sources in NGC 1275, NGC 1265, and IC 310. The spectrum of the scintillating source in NGC 1275 has a definite cutoff at meter wavelengths. Assuming that cutoff to be due to synchrotron self- absorption, we estimated the parameters of the magnetic field and of relativistic electrons in the galactic nucleus at a scale ~-0.03": H~ 10^-r\5^ G, n_e_~10^-6^ cm^-3^, E_H_ ~ 10^47^ erg, and E_e_~ 10^55^ erg. The magnetic field energy is considerably less than the energy of relativistic particles, so the magnetic field cannot prevent their escape from the galactic nucleus. We have obtained a map of the cluster at 102 MHz with 49'X 28' resolution. The existence of a halo around the cluster at a scale of ~1^deg^ is unconfirmed.
