Isophotes of optical images in R and B passbands of 77 QSOs of redshift less than 0.7 are presented, supplementing the discussion of the main properties of the QSO nuclei and host galaxies given by Hutchings et al. (1981, 1982, 1984) and Hutchings and Campbell (1983). Maps over areas of about 30 arcsec square and azimuthally averaged log I versus radius plots for the QSOs and point-spread functions are shown. In addition to the QSO morphology, many maps show nearby and interacting companion galaxies. Commentary and numerical details are provided for each object. These data should form the basis for further morphological studies and spectroscopic investigations.
