Three problems encountered by the pancake theory of galaxy formation in
a massive neutrino-dominated universe are discussed. A nonlinear model
for pancakes is shown to reconcile the data with the predicted coherence
length and velocity field, and minimal predictions are given of the
contribution from the large-scale matter distribution.
