Velocity dispersions and Mg2 indices were measured from CCD spectra of 13 box-shaped galaxies and five ellipticals. Evidences for a different relation between velocity dispersion and metallicity, relative to ellipticals, was found for our S0 sample; we attribute this difference to the SO disk component, affecting both the mean velocity dispersion and mean metallicity. In a tentative to reproduce the integrated bulge spectra of our sample galaxies, we have built composite spectra using a grid of synthetic spectra, where the basic parameters were assumed to be similar to those of galactic bulge globular clusters.
