Ground-based and airborne infrared observations are presented of the vicinities of several HH objects. New photographs of these HH nebulae have enabled the authors to locate the exciting stars of HH 46/47 and HH 57 from their infrared peak positions. Bolometric luminosities of the exciting stars lie in the range 4 - 12 L_sun;, consistent with those for low-mass accreting protostars.
