In an 8 x 8 kpc square with the sun at the center, 32 complexes of Cepheids with a mean diameter of 690 pc are identified. These complexes unite 256 out of 301 Cepheids. The mean diameter of groupings of the first isolation level amounts to 195 pc. The dispersion of periods of Cepheids in these groupings is smaller than in the random groupings of Cepheids which were modeled.
