The molecular clouds near the Upper Scorpius association have been mapped in OH with the Dwingeloo telescope. The main lines were observed over an area of 48 square degrees and at four positions the author also made satellite line observations. He derived a mass of the complex of about (12±10)×103M_sun;. The mean density within the clouds is about 500 cm-3, but within the complex as a whole it is much smaller. The radial velocity is constant along the streamers and a velocity gradient exists perpendicular to them.
