The local group galaxy M33 were observed with the Astro-1/Ultraviolet Imaging Telescope in December 1990. The resulting calibrated UV (1200 Angstroms <=lambda <= 3000 Angstroms) images are 40 arcminutes in diameter at 2.5 arcseconds resolution. These wide field, high resolution images allow UV study of the giant HII regions in M33, e.g. NGC604 and NGC595. We have also obtained direct CCD mosaic images in Hα and R to allow detailed comparison of the Hα emission with the UV morphology. Our studies of the high-resolution far-infrared IRAS maps have revealed an excellent correspondence between the far-infrared sources and Hα regions.
