The identification of the linear radius of maximum rotational velocity
in our Galaxy with the angular radii of maximum rotational velocity in
other galaxies indicates a Hubble constant of 54 (+58, -28) km/s per
Mpc. The data are inconclusive regarding a possible Hubble anisotropy.
