Observations at the frequencies of low-J transitions of a number of important molecules are reported. The authors confirm an earlier result for CH3CN, and have made a detection of the 101→000 line of ketene (CH2CO) in two sources, Sgr B2 and TMC-1. The latter is the first detection of ketene in a cold dust cloud. Upper limits were obtained for CH313CN (10→00), CH3NC (10→00), NH2CN (101→000 ), C2H5CN (211→110), and CH2(CN)2 (110→101). Column densities are derived for TMC-1 and the implications for interstellar chemistry in cold dust clouds are briefly discussed.
