High-speed photometric observations of HD 101065 are presented, showing that the source pulsates with at least three frequencies near 1.37 mHz. The frequencies cannot all be identified with consecutive overtones and completely describe the oscillations down to the 0.40 mmag level. The results of applying astroseismology techniques to HD 101065, suggest that the source is only slightly off the zero age main sequence and that its radius, mass, and luminosity are similar to those of other Ap stars. A significant secular variation is found in the principal frequency, probably due to evolutionary effects in the source. Consideration is given to the possibility that an unresolved frequency is involved, showing that a binary star model in which a low-mas companion orbits around HD 101065 is consistent with observations.
