Scientific paper

The paper presents results of the smoothing of the first series of
positional Phobos observations made with the 1-m telescope on Mount
Maidanak, USSR. An analysis of the smoothing parameter and O-C shows
that the accuracy of the majority of the observations is approximately
0.1 arcsec.
