An expression for the value of disk elongation, epsilon(0) (the ratio of the minor axis to the major axis), is derived. The expression is dependent on mass and distance to the secondary companion and can be used in the spiral galaxy model for an elliptical disk with a quadratic gravitational potential. For spiral galaxies from interacting S-E pairs in the Karachentsev catalog, the mean value of epsilon(0) is 0.66. It is concluded that the shape of the disks of spiral paired galaxies is essentially different from that of disks in round galaxies.
