In the paper "Quasar-Galaxy Associations with Discordant Redshifts as a Topological Effect. II. A Closed Hyperbolic Model" by Helio V. Fagundes (Ap. J., 338, 618 [1989]), several errors have been detected. On page 619, the last sentence in the legend to Figure 1 belongs to Figures 2-4, not to Figure 1, and it should more accurately read: "Dashed circle is section by plane x_2_ Ox_3_ of boundary to the unit ball onto whose interior Bolyai-Lobachevsky space H^3^ is compressed." On page 625, in the fourth paragraph of Appendix A, in the reference to Landau and Lifshitz (1975), replace "Section III" by "Section 111." On page 625, two lines above equation (A1), replace "Table 3" by "Table 4." On page 626, matrices M_3_ and M_13_, although correctly yielding generator G_13_, are not individually correct in the adopted context of Minkowski coordinates. Replace equations (A2) and (A3) by 0 1.3510 0.5161 -0.5161 M_3_ = 0 -0.9816 -1.5883 -1.5883 (A2) 0 -0.8350 0.8350 -0.8350 1 2.1180 2.1180 2.1180 -1.3510 0 -0.5161 -1.6700 M_13_ = 0.9816 0 1.5883 0 (A3) -2.1860 -1.8671 -0.8350 -0.8350 2.9271 2.1180 2.1180 2.1180 I am grateful to Fernando Kokubun for pointing out some of these mistakes.
