Level populations have been computed and are tabulated for hydrogenic
atoms with principal quantum numbers in the range 20-80 and electron
densities in the range 10,000 and 10 to the 8.5/cu cm. The consequences
of these results for the interpretation of millimeter recombination line
observations are briefly discussed.
