A Gaussian decomposition of faint (<10 K peak brightness temperature) interstellar neutral hydrogen emission profiles in the Leiden-Dwingeloo, sidelobe-corrected, all-sky survey between |b|=40° and |b|=80° has been performed. Profiles every 10° in longitude and 1° in latitude were considered. The results confirm the existence of three primary families of line widths with values centered around 34, 13, and 6 km s-1.
