Magnetic fields seem to play critical roles in accretion flow, jets, and coronae. We overview their roles in connection with observations. Special attentions will be paid on the spectral properties of magnetized flow and corona, and emergence of magnetic-tower jets from localized fields. Despite rapid progress in numerical simulations we are still in a state far from being complete in understanding. Outstanding issues are also presented.
