Corrections to the SBC flatfields are described as well as the
time-dependent component. Six new flats were delivered to the pipeline,
the resulting photometric accuracy is now +/-1% for F115LP F122M,
F125LP, and F140LP and +/-2% for F150LP and F165LP.
