A first integral is obtained for equations describing the translational-rotational motion of a passive satellite body of a arbitrary shape and dynamical structure. It is moving in the gravitational field of two active bodies whose centers of mass are in mutual circular orbit and which maintain fixed orientations in a rotating reference frame. If the bodies are all mass points or spheres with concentric density contours, then the integral obtained will reduce to the classical Jacobi integral for the circular restricted three-body problem.
