The large-scale anisotropy of the temperature of the relic background electromagnetic radiation caused by adiabatic perturbations with flat initial spectrum in the flat Friedmann model with unstable massive particles is calculated. The multipole structure of ΔT/T differs significantly from those obtained in the standard neutrino model or the cold particle model. The upper limit on the moment of decay of unstable neutrinos or gravitinos Zd < 3 - 4 is obtained using observational upper bounds on ΔT/T over the range 6 - 180°.
