The analysis of optical light curves of the system Cen X-3 in the {standard} Roche model with an accretion disk showed that the amplitude of optical variations can be explained if the presence of an accretion disk around the neutron star is taken into account with radius of (3.5±1.2)R_sun; and the optical luminosity of (1 - 3)×1035erg/s, whose major part is probably connected with reradiation of the O7 supergiant's ultraviolet and optical light. Masses of the optical and X-ray components are equal to (17.7±0.2)M_sun; and (1.1±0.2)M_sun; respectively, the inclination of the orbital plane of the system is i = 82° - 85°; the filling by the optical star of its Roche lobe is close to unity, μ = 0.995±0.005. The reason of the long-period-variation of the light-curve amplitude of Cen X-3 analysed in this model is a change of the radius of the accretion disk from 3.3 R_sun; to 4.4 R_sun;.
