The dynamics of Local Supercluster-like objects is studied for the case of a flat universe whose mass-energy density is dominated by relativistic remnants of some massive, unstable, and weakly interacting particles. Recent analytical, quasi-linear calculations have been employed to derive an apparent value of Ω0. The decaying particles scenario is found to be consistent with current observations of the Local Supercluster.
