Comparison of UT0 as measured by the connected-element interferometer at Green Bank, West Virginia with similar data derived from VLBI and the BIH indicates that UT0 can be obtained from the longest CEI baseline to an accuracy of 0.8 ms. A variety of improvements are discussed, including a new model atmosphere, a new method of extracting UT0 from the authors' data, and an optimal source observation schedule.
