The results of homogeneous systematic observations of H2O masers in W31A and W75S at 1.35 cm, carried out in 1981-1993 with the 22 m radio telescope of the Radio Astronomical Station of Lebedev Physical Institute in Pushcino, are presented. Short- and long-term variations were observed. The flare activity of the masers W31A and W75S had a more or less regular character. An anticorrelation of fluxes is revealed for some of the components of and for the group of the components. The variation of the velocity of the condensation in W75S observed in the period of the highest activity of the H2O maser was due most probably to the increase of the expansion velocity of the envelope under the influence of a stellar wind.
