Stars, Chemically Peculiar, Hd 21699, Surface Mapping

Spectra obtained on photographic plates with the Coudé-spectrograph of the 2-m telescope of BNAO - Rozhen have been used to map the helium surface distribution of the He-w star HD 21699. One-spot model has been determined to fit the observed periodic variations of the equivalent widths. The results show one large He-weak spot situated around the positive magnetic pole.
