Previous torsion-balance data are used to constrain the quantum-gravity prediction that ordinary matter should experience the effect of, in addition to Newtonian gravity, composition-dependent attractive and repulsive Yukawa interactions. Results are presented for the difference between the ranges of the proposed attractive and repulsive interactions. It is found that the attractive and repulsive forces calculated from earth-gravity studies do not exhibit the predicted composition dependence.
