The motion of an axisymmetric satellite with a strong magnet in the polar-orbit plane is examined with allowance for the effect of the restoring magnetic moment and perturbing aerodynamic and gravitational moments. The Poincare method is used to study the periodic motions of the satellite. An analysis is made of the effect of the perigee position, the orbit eccentricity, and other parameters of the system on the periodic motions of the satellite.
