The present conference on astrophysics discusses physical conditions in molecular clouds, the circumstellar environment of T Tauri stars, molecular and atomic gas observations in photodissociation regions, O and Ne abundances in planetary nebulae, fast winds in low-luminosity premain-sequence stars, and radio observations of Herbig-Haro objects. Also discussed are the link between internal velocities in Galactic H II regions and the extragalactic H II regions, shell nebulae and luminous evolved stars, SNRs and bubbles in the LMC, the statistical properties of H II regions, star cluster properties in the LMC, starburst and active galactic nuclei, and the relationship between H II regions and QSO absorption lines.
