Observations of the J = 1→0 rotational transitions of HC3N, H13CCCN, HC13CCN, and HCC13CN are used to search for fractionation among the three 13C isomers in the Galactic molecular cloud Sgr B2. Based on these high signal-to-noise observations (S/N ≡ 10), it is concluded that there is no evidence for fractionation in the three 13C isomers. In addition to Sgr B2, the authors have also observed the Galactic molecular clouds TMC-1 and Sgr A. They derive 12C/13C ratios of 11±2 for Sgr B2 and 61 (+28, -16) for TMC-1.
