The 931 measurements of radial velocities of 206 nearby stars were made in 1985 - 87 with the correlation radial-velocity-meter. The typical accuracy is 0.5 km/s. The homogeneous sample of 162 K, M-dwarfs located in a zone (δ > -10°, 14h < α < 3h) contains 41 stars with variable or probably variable velocity. For 10 stars the spectral duplicity is noted for the first time. 27% are spectroscopic binaries. No low mass (M2sin i < 0.1 M_sun;) companions have been found among the short period (P < 1 year) systems, all of them having the velocity range in excess of 7 km/s. In the systems with the largest mass function GL 58.2 and 793.1 lines of secondary components have been detected.
