The paper presents the results of preliminary spectral investigations carried out on the 6-m telescope for 7 stellar objects selected in the First Byurakan Survey (FBS) according to UV excess in their spectra. 6 out of 7 stars are referred to the class of cataclysmic variables. Separation of objects into subclasses is made: three of them are new dwarf novae, one is a recurrent nova, and two are novalikes. One of the stars, FBS 1031+590, according to all the spectrum peculiarities and its variability character, is a polar. The identification maps and spectral scans of the studied stars are presented.
