The possibility of sending a spacecraft to Comet 2P/Encke with a mooring and fastening of a descent probe on the cometary nucleus is considered. The astronomical and astrodynamical aspects of the mission are discussed. The descent probe fixed to the comet nucleus will be able to transmit not only various data about the structure and composition of the nucleus, the coma, and the tail of the comet, but also to function as a long-living interplanetary probe that returns to Earth data about solar radiation, solar wind, cosmic rays, meteoric particles, interplanetary dust, and magnetic fields at a distance 0.34 - 4.1 AU from the Sun.
