One of important task of high energy astrophysics is the problem of charged particle injection into acceleration process at the strong shocks. Mathematically speaking, one need to find the distribution in velocity space of thermal particles which will cross the shock from downstream at least once. If one follows the changes in this distribution during the next acceleration cycles it obtains the final distribution at both relativistic and nonrelativistic energies of particles which is the solution of another, acceleration task. We propose the method to find these solutions analytically in the so called test particle approximation by means of extending the approach of Bell (1978).
