The shock structure resulting from dissipative processes that could operate in the cosmological radiative era is examined. Acoustic-radiative waves, where matter and radiation are perturbed in a definite ratio, are considered. A propagation equation is obtained for these waves, and its steady-state solutions are shown to describe the shock structure of interest.
