The cross identification of ultraluminous IRAS galaxies (ULIRGs) compiled from sparse-sampled IRAS redshift cataloque QDOT with ROSAT All-Sky Survey has been done. The total number of identified ULIRGs are 9. There are six of identified ULIRGs which are QSOs or Seyfert 1 galaxies. The spectrum character in soft X-ray bands for these 6 AGNs is very different. The soft X-ray spectrum of one of these ULIRGs AGNs is so extremely soft that such a spectrum in galaxies has never been observed.
