The authors present a method of membership determination for galaxy
clusters, by using radial velocities as a criterion. They discuss a
strong relationship between radial velocity dispersion and richness
count of Abell clusters, and, furthermore the association of the
relationship with the mass-luminosity ratio of galaxy clusters.
