This paper describes the first nucleus of a software package employed to
analyze the stellar spectra obtained with the Reticon spectrophotometer
at Asiago Observatory. In the present configuration, 512 data points are
obtained at each exposure; the data reduction is made of several steps,
from background subtraction to linear noise filtering.
