The results of emission spectrum observations of the polar CW 1103+254 are given. Variations have been detected in the radial velocity curves and equivalent widths of hydrogen and He II λ4686 lines in comparison with earlier observations by other authors. A systematic shift of the radial velocity curves, measured from the broad line component has been discovered. This indicates that there is some other periodic motion with the characteristic period ≡8 - 9 years in the system. The authors suggest the following causes of the motion: (1) precession of a magnetic white dwarf, (2) apsidal motion, (3) asynchronism of proper and orbital rotations of the magnetic white dwarf.
